What was the highlight of Hotel Checkin Valencia Ciscar
Comfortable rooms not far from metro station
Comfortable beds in spacious modern room. Good shower. Air conditioning. Free street parking. 15 minute walk to metro station (buy an rfid card with 10 trips for only €5 — can be shared amongst friends).
Bathroom ventilation was bad. There were lots of small ants crawling on the floor and a few reached the beds.

Pleasant
Room was alright, staff are friendly and the fragrance when you enter the building is beautiful.
The pool is little, you can just enjoy the pool area until 2 or 3 pm then the sun is covered by the building and it gets cold in there, the hotel is far from the centre Valencia. And that area is very industrial which I wasn't aware when I booked, but always learning from the experiences.

Clean room, out of the city centre with free parking
Staff were friendly and most spoke multiple languages. They stored our luggage before check in. The hotel was walkable to the metro station and supermarkets. The room was clean and had a minibar fridge (although they are never super cold).
We asked for a quiet room for a light sleeper. Unfortunately it was opposite a grand staircase with marble floors, so from our second floor room we heard all the conversations in the lobby until very late at night. There is also road noise from the main road nearby. Might have been a fuse issue, but some days the ceiling lights did not work.

Hotel most suited for a 1-2 day stay max while in transit
Staff were helpful, room was clean and recently upgraded and sufficient for our 3 day stay
Breakfast very poor, cant believe the hotel didnt have fresh orange juice at breakfast , the bar was not very inviting and most times there was no staff to cater for guests. Area around the swimming pool and the pool itself was not well maintained . Also a 20 min walk to nearest metro station
